TEAM PATTA was recently invited to be part of HOMECOMING 2019. Like every year, HOMECOMING 2019 paired entertainment with streetwear, for three days of the hottest international artists to perform back-to-back onstage with Africa’s brightest stars and a full program of pop-up shop, panel talks, workshops, football tournament and more.
The HOMECOMING Streetwear Pop-up presented exclusive products, one-off collaborations, and an insightful line up of talks, fashion presentations and exhibitions, with an impressive line-up of African and International brands and designers.
A new aspect to the festival was HOMECOMING inviting local youths to grow their skills at HOMECOMING football camp, support local heroes and international 5-a-side teams at the 2019 HOMECOMING Cup, and roll up to HOMECOMING’s custom-built Skate space; home to comps, demos, pro- appearances and more.
HOMECOMING’s major focus for 2019 was creative development and knowledge sharing across 3-days of workshops, panels, interactions and more, with a strong belief in the power of collaboration.
