The 22-year-old, Venezuelan Dutch Meru released her debut EP; Revez, on the 13th of September.
With a blend of 90’s Hip Hop, R&B, Experimental Soul and Jazz, she shows off her true Afro-Caribbean-Latin roots.  Meru partly grew up in Venezuela where she learned about her Venezuelan roots and lets herself be inspired by her own culture in many ways.
Upon returning to The Netherlands, she started exploring her own interests and found her love for poetry, which eventually turned into songwriting.
